Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Photo Report X for your own property documentation and reporting.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Photo Report X Pro is offered at $19.99/month or $199/year, starting with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Your store account is charged when the trial ends and again at each renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and reports you create (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, process, and display Your Content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store Your Content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Photo Report X, including by:

• Violating any law or the rights of others;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• Reselling or redistributing the service without our permission.

Intellectual property

Photo Report X, the Photo Report X logo, the X emblem, and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Adjuster X and protected by intellectual-property laws. “Photo Report X” and the X emblem are trademarks of Adjuster X. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

Photo Report X is provided “as is.” While we engineer the app to protect your work offline and back it up when you reconnect, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of critical records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjuster X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Photo Report X.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
