Photo Report X is a product of Adjuster X ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Photo Report X mobile app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and phone number to authenticate you and secure your account.
- Inspection content. The photos, captions, notes, and project details you capture. This content is stored on your device and, when you are online, backed up to your private cloud storage.
- Subscription status. Whether you hold an active subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never receive or store your card details.
- Diagnostic data. Basic, aggregated app performance and crash information used to keep the app reliable.
How we use information
- To provide and sync your projects, photos, and reports across devices.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To process and validate your subscription.
- To improve app reliability and support you when you ask for help.
How information is stored and shared
Your content is stored locally on your device and backed up to encrypted cloud storage hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the app work — including AWS (hosting and storage), Amazon Cognito (authentication), and Apple and Google (subscription billing) — and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with the law.
Your choices and rights
- Access and deletion. You can delete your account and associated content from within the app at any time.
- Manage subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Children
Photo Report X is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
